Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services before the service process begins by contacting our support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment transactions
Technical errors in payment processing
Service cancellation before work has commenced
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
Consultation services once provided
Language training classes once access has been granted
Admission application processing services after submission
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Cancellation of Language Classes
Students wishing to cancel enrollment must notify us prior to the commencement of the course. Once classes have started, refunds may not be applicable.
